This is a better explanation from Rovelli " We and everything around us exist only in our interactions with one another. This bold idea suggests new directions for thinking about the structure of reality and even the nature of consciousness." The world would be better off with a lot more humble in it.
This sounds like the Heisenberg's uncertainty principle.

There are similarities, for sure. I found inspiration early on in the book Helgoland, by Rovelli (quoted in the post).
